On the call: We ask who touches the workflow, which systems it moves between, and where it stalls. Then we tell you straight whether it's worth fixing, even if the answer is that you don't need us.
Who joins: Whoever owns the workflow, plus whoever signs off.
Bring: One workflow and a rough count of the hours it takes. If someone already built a spreadsheet or script for it, bring that too.
